A vintage, melodramatic Spanish comedy with a side of seduction.
Inspiré de The Sextitute , une confession de magma
Tommy's back from the army. His mother is waiting with a drink, some vintage hors d'oeuvres, and a woman so breathtakingly beautiful she makes him forget he ever left.
Coincidence? Please.
This is a setup, and the most delicious kind. What starts as a family reunion turns into something far more interesting: a slow-burning game of seduction and temptation where Sheila Ortega plays her cards perfectly, and Tommy doesn't stand a chance. Not that he wants to.
Dripping with telenovela energy, witty dialogue, and knowing glances that say everything before the clothes come off, The Set Up builds tension the old-fashioned way and pays it off in the best way possible. Hot, passionate sex that was worth every second of the wait.
This soldier came home expecting a quiet night. What he got was so much better.
There's something about a man in uniform. Clean-cut, authoritative, in control – for a lot of people it's a symbol of something irresistibly sexy. With it's retro set, vintage costumes and stunning cinematography, The Set Up is a vintage romantic comedy and an erotic imagining of an army homecoming that is sure to get anyone who has a thing for uniforms feeling very hot 'n' bothered.
