Magdalene is a 60 year old childless and recently-widowed professor at the local college and is starting to fear there is nothing left for her to look forward to in life. But when a handsome young student takes her by surprise and expresses his interest in her, Magdalene finds herself quickly falling for him. Meanwhile, while Magdalene is forced to face the realities of dating someone younger, a manipulative therapist (Dana Vespoli) uses her position of power to seduce one of her sexually vulnerable patients while attempting to ruin Magdalene’s newfound happiness.
