In honour of masturbation month and as part of my masturbation month calendar, Dr. Jenn is here to guide you through a safe and mindful meditative masturbation session.

This video is appropriate for anyone with a vulva to watch, to learn, and to practice, but it’s especially helpful for people who feel shame or embarrassment about their genitals or masturbation. This is a non-explicit guided session that will teach you new skills in a sensual, mindful presence. I recommend watching the video once to get a feel for the session and to prepare yourself, and then playing it a second time following Dr Jenn’s instructions and letting her voice guide you through the practice.
