Eat with Me

Maca

Add this peruvian plant known as “natural viagra” to your morning smoothie for a sexy boost. Maca has been shown to improve semen production, increase sexual desire, and regulate hormones.

Oysters

Not only do these babies contain tons of zinc, important for the production of testosterone and sperm production, and dopamine, the brain chemical that increases desire, but foods that resemble genitalia are also believed to increase desire. And the infamous oyster is one example.

Dark chocolate

Dark chocolate, ideally with 70% cocoa or more, contains the feel-good chemical phenylethylamine, otherwise known as the “love drug.”

Red wine

Pair that dark chocolate with a glass of vino tinto. Red wine is antioxidant rich, linked to boosting the libido & improving sexual function. But while you can have a glass or two to get you in the mood, remember to drink in moderation as a few glasses too many will have the opposite effect!

Figs

Remember what I said about foods that resemble genitalia? Not only do figs look sexy – especially when they’re halved – they’re also thought to boost sexual stamina and increase libido.
